Hi guys I am a disabled person been living in my home for 2 years my stove stopped working last year and my gate to my house is broken and very difficult to open also a tree has fallen through the old granny flat that is 5 foot away from my house with now 6 feet high grass and very dangerous with rubbish all around the side of the house. I keep asking for it to be sorted and keep getting told next week I can't cook a meal now and need help to open the broken gate they have just put my rent up by $50 a week I have a record of all my requests and replys. It's very difficult when I am sick and I just don't have the energy to keep fighting them it would be easier to find a new home without any of this being on NDIS I have funding to put in safety bars but there is no point with the landlord not interested in me just the rent I pay. Is there someone I could get help from to help find a new home I have a pet dog but you would not no as they are real baby's and well looked after. Thank you for reading my message
