Hi I’m new to dontrentme, I have been searching for a home to move into since 17 Dec I am wondering if anyone can share information about availability for a pet friendly townhouse or villa near Dundas NSW 2 bed 1 car space I’m placed in temp accommodation for now. I am single lady with great rental ledger and history of previous 19 year long lease. Any help wold be greatly appreciated

Anyone know the minimum notice the real estate can give you for a routine inspection in NSW? Every other time I have been given 3-4 weeks’ notice. This time I have been 1 week.
